We saw a gap in the Pakistan market.We chose to fill it right.
Most Pakistani organizations trying to deploy Microsoft Teams or Zoom phone infrastructure faced the same frustrating reality: hardware resellers who shipped boxes without the expertise to configure them, and vendors with no on-site presence who left IT teams troubleshooting alone.
Yealink Pakistan was established to change that. We became the authorized distributor specifically because we wanted to do this end-to-end — from the right hardware, supplied with genuine documentation and warranty, through to certified deployment, integration, and post-go-live support.
Today we operate across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi, serving enterprise IT departments, contact centers, educational institutions, government bodies, and hospitality groups. Every engagement is led by engineers who understand the infrastructure, not sales representatives who don’t.
